Position Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to provide first-level support for our healthcare products. In this role, you'll primarily focus on entering and tracking customer orders, responding to inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Job Duties/Description:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls regarding orders, product information, and services
  • Enter and track orders for hearing aids, accessories, and parts
  • Make occasional outbound calls and respond to emails/chats
  • Update CRM records and resolve order status issues
  • Handle 70+ calls/day while maintaining quality standards
  • Communicate out-of-stock updates and manage customer expectations
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Minnesota
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of call center customer service experience
  • Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based systems
  • Experience with Salesforce, ERP, and multitasking across systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior B2B or healthcare-related customer service experience a plus
